Lake Leamon Family Campground is a friendly and affordable campground open all year long. It is a great place for all types of campers, from the massive 50 amp Class A rigs to the aged or new 30 amp Class C Motorhomes, travel trailers and conversion vans. The campground has a bath house with lavatories, showers and a laundry room, an arcade room overlooking the lake, fire pits and picnic tables, diving platforms, fishing, swimming, kayaking, canoeing and much more. The owners are very welcoming and accommodating, however they are quite discriminating about whom they allow to stay more than a few hours. The sites are grass and are very close together, and the bathrooms and shower house are not always well maintained. The campground can be quite noisy at night, with lots of locals partying and drinking. The Wi-Fi is not great and the price is a bit high for what you get.
