Tsali Campground is located in the Tsali Recreation Area and offers opportunities for hunting, boating, and camping. The area is known for its deer, grouse, small game, and turkey hunting. Fontana Lake offers flatwater paddling and motor boating. The campground has picnic tables, tent camping, accessible restrooms and campsites, showers, flush toilets, and a boat ramp. Trailhead parking lot is for day trail use, and the upper parking lot is reserved for horse trailers.
