While it is mostly occupied by permanent residents, there are pull-through sites available. Though, it is worth being aware that dogs are often present and running without leashes. While being a good option for the price, there have been concerns surrounding low water pressure throughout the park. Additionally, the management seems to be somewhat relaxed and there have been reports of neighbors causing disturbances with dog running free and playing golf behind other peoples RVs.
