The City of Windsor RV Park is a small, quiet campground located next to the Cashie River in the small historic town of Windsor, North Carolina. The park offers 16 full hookup sites, free washer and dryer, a raised boardwalk along the river, and a 20 minute drive to the nearby town of Edenton. The sites are level, the power is fair to good, and the bathhouse is clean. However, the fire rings and picnic tables are in poor condition, and the water hook-up is located under a metal plate. There is no camp host, but someone from the city does regular drive thru monitoring. Verizon service is excellent and there is no Wi-Fi.

From The Campground

The Cashie River Campground is nestled just off of the Cashie River and is conveniently located in the heart of town. Visitors can enjoy a newly built bath house that is handicap accessible which includes a washing machine and dryer. The campground offers 6 pull through sites with 30amp & 50amp hook-ups, and 8 back in sites. All of the sites include complete hook-ups, water, sewer, and electricity. Visitors can enjoy kayaking down the beautiful scenery of the river, or launch a boat to enjoy a faster pace ride or even fishing.
