Audubon Lake COE Campground is a small campground located on the shores of Lake Audubon. It is a decent campground with 30 amp electric hookups, water fill points, and a dump station. Most of the sites are packed into a small area and are not level, with the back end uplifted. There are some scattered trees, but shade is hard to find. The lake provides a beautiful setting for swimming and watching birds, but it can get busy and noisy at the height of the fishing season. There is a small sand/gravel beach and a separate day use area with a boat ramp. There is no nearby town or restaurant, but there is a gas station at the entrance. Although the campground is a nice way-point destination, it is not suitable for an extended stay beyond two days.
