GenieSummary

The sites were very close together and there was no room for awning or chairs. The campground is close to the interstate so there is some noise but it was not bad. The showers and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The campground is right on the Red River, so fishing and kayaking are available. The Roosevelt National Park is a great outdoor destination located a few hours away. Lindenwood Park is a beautiful park located right off of I-94 and within Fargo city limits. It offers a variety of activities such as walking, hiking, fishing, playgrounds, public picnic pavilions, and kayaking. The campground is well maintained and offers electric and water hookups, a dump station, and bike, canoe, and kayak rentals. Unfortunately, due to recent flooding, the nicest part of the campground was closed. The A section sites are very close together and there is no room for awning or chairs. There is some road noise from the nearby interstate and train whistles, but it didnt bother us overnight with our windows open. The showers and bathrooms are clean and well-kept, and the park is very quiet even on busy weekends. The Red River offers fishing and kayaking, and there are paved trails that connect to Minnesota directly from the park. All in all, Lindenwood Park is a great place to stay for outdoor fun and relaxation.
