This campground is a great place to stay for a quiet getaway in the middle of nature. Located in Emmons County, ND, the campground is surrounded by farmland, making it the perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. With only 30 sites, the campground is practically empty during the week, and the hosts are the only other people youll see. The sites are all wide and level, and there are plenty of trees between them, although they are young. The campground has electric hookups, but no water or sewer. There are two vault toilets, and several on-site water hydrants to fill your water tank. There is also a boat ramp and a large playground. The campground is easily accessed and the roads and sites are paved. There is no camp host, but reservations are required and can be made through www.Recreation.Gov. The campground is $5 with the senior pass. Verizon and T-Mobile have good service, and you can pull in all the networks with an OTA antenna. This is a great place to stay for a quiet and peaceful night away from the city.
