Red Trail Campground in Medora, ND is a cozy and peaceful family-owned RV campground that offers well-maintained level gravel sites with picnic tables and fire rings. The campground is within walking distance of downtown Medora, and close to restaurants and stores. It is also only 4 minutes away from the south unit of the Theodore Roosevelt National Park. The staff are kind and helpful, and the campground is well-maintained. Visitors commend the cleanliness and the level site conditions that make it easy to park. Some guests found the cable TV quality to be low, but it was great to have available. Free Wi-Fi was reliable, and the rules/wifi/cable layout was available upon request. The Buffalo sightings were beautiful at sunset, and visitors enjoyed a refreshing 50-amp outside pull-through and back-in sites for people traveling through. A great peaceful stay!

Red Trail Campground is a family owned and operated campground located in Medora, North Dakota. They have been providing campers with a second home for over 44 years and strive to provide friendly and professional service to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The campground is open from May 15 through September 30 and is located near the Medora Musical, Theodore Roosevelt National Park, and other historic sites. They offer discounts to members of Good Sam, FMCA, WWB, WIT, and NHCR.
