Located just five miles off I-80/90, Timber Ridge Campgrounds in Amherst, Ohio is a spacious and beautiful campground with large sites and friendly staff. Despite seasonal visitors, there is plenty of space and the sites are not too close to each other. The entrance can look a bit rough, but the campground is still worth visiting. While some sites have a concrete pad for trailers, they may not be level and there may be broken sewer connections. The roads are sometimes gravel and need attention in terms of potholes. While they dont accept credit cards, they have friendly and helpful staff available to book your reservation. While there is no WiFi, AT&T has a strong signal. The park is relatively quiet and can be friendly for families.
