This campground is a nice destination for families, with well-maintained grounds and plenty of activities to enjoy. The lake offers a swimming beach and paddle boats, and there are plenty of hiking trails to explore. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and will provide tips about local attractions. Unfortunately, the sites are not level and the sewer connections are often inaccessible. Additionally, the seasonal campers and their cluttered sites can be unappealing. The pool is small, and the lake is not particularly inviting. There is also a lot of golf cart and dog traffic, which can be aggravating. Despite these issues, the campground is still a nice place to stay, with friendly owners and plenty of activities.
