It is conveniently located, making it accessible for campers who prefer a short distance from home. While it is generally a fun and family-friendly campground, the staff may not always enforce quiet hours. Unfortunately, some guests have reported bad experiences with neighbors partying loudly until the wee hours of the morning. Although the campground claims to prioritize safety, some campers have reportedly witnessed speeding golf carts, which have led to accidents, including one that resulted in a campers assault, prompting police involvement. Despite several camper reports, the staff did not appear to take any measures to prevent these incidents. Some other seasonal campers have voiced their discontent about how the campgrounds rules change without proper notice. In one instance, campers who had been told that an area across the road from their site was part of their lot were unhappy to learn that the area was now considered a common space open to all campers. The seasonal campers also received an unexpected $700 increase in fees. Some were unhappy with the lack of improvements despite the increase in fees. This sudden increase and the requirement for a $250 deposit have prompted several campers to consider leaving the resort. Despite the downsides, overall, Whispering Hills Jellystone Park is an excellent place for families to experience a fun camping getaway.
