Wolf Run State Park in Caldwell, OH is a great place for camping and outdoor activities. The park offers running showers, a laundry room, and non-plumbed bathrooms. Most lakefront sites are nice, with a great view and a peaceful atmosphere. Although the office was closed, there was no issue with the tage being on the camp site post and buying firewood from a local business. The pit toilets had some spiders, but were cleaned and well-maintained. On the downside, the shower house had an unpleasant smell. There seemed to be a lack of oversight or regulation of noisy campers, particularly after quiet hours. Some campers were loud and disturbing, even after they were asked to turn down their music. Despite this, the park is very quiet midweek and in November. Overall, Wolf Run State Park is a great place for a peaceful camping experience, with beautiful surroundings and outdoor activities.
