This campground is located off I-30, Exit 94 and is a great option for a one-night stopover. It offers four or five sites for overnight guests that are clearly marked and equipped with electrical, water and sewer hookups, 50amp, water, sewer connection and picnic table. The sites are gravel and grass and may be a bit wet due to recent rainfall. Wi-Fi works reasonably well and there is a fenced animal run and propane sales. The managers are friendly and accommodating and will happily accept late arrivals. Unfortunately, there are no amenities such as showers or bathrooms, and the park has a lot of traffic noise. The roads are barely gravel covered and can be pot-holed in wet weather. Trash is laying around the sites and the lawn needs mowing and weed whacking.

Welcome to East Texas RV Park! Spend a night or lifetime with us. We feature all sites with 50/30/20 amp service, sewer, free WiFi, cable TV, lots of trees in park, large 30/50 amp pull thru sites outside of trees, clean restrooms and showers, propane sales (coming soon), a warm welcome to Snow Birds and Winter Texans, dogs are welcome with some breed and weight restrictions, dog run, on-site management, restroom and shower, new showerhouse coming soon, coin-operated laundry facility, RV/Boat storage offered. Call for rates. AFTER HOURS REGISTRATION AVAILABLE!
