This campground is tucked away in the hill side and offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The campground is mostly unpaved, with lots of grass and fishing, swimming lake, and hiking trails. The beach is a work in progress, but still offers a unique experience in southern Ohio. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the bath house/restroom is clean and recently updated. Unfortunately, the campground is not up to modern standards and requires a lot of work to improve. Some cabins are not being rented due to the recent rains. However, the campground is still a great choice for those looking for a peaceful and quiet getaway.
