GenieSummary

I was also worried that we had to drive our big rig across a very small concrete bridge that was already broken. Kool Lakes Campground is a great place to stay for a quiet and relaxing weekend. It is an older campground but all the hookups work well and the park is clean and quiet. There are a lot of seasonal campers with only one restroom and one shower. The staff is helpful and friendly and the camp packets are ready when you check in. The land isn’t particularly pretty and the campsite for tent camping are rather close together, but it’s a good location overall for RV’s. There are water taps, outlets, trash receptacles, bathrooms, and hot showers for tent campers. There is a small concrete bridge that you have to cross with a large rig, but it is safe to do so. There are also nice little towns to visit in the area.
