If you want to unplug and connect with nature, this is a great place to be, but keep in mind the area has no cell phone service. One downside is that the river looks muddy, but overall, Mohican Wilderness is a beautiful campground thats perfect for a relaxing camping getaway.

Mohican Wilderness Campground is a family-friendly campground located 9 miles south of Loudonville, Ohio. The campground offers camping and cabin rental options, as well as canoeing, kayaking, and tubing on site. The campground is also home to the annual Mohican Bluegrass Festival. Mohican Wilderness Campground's mission is to provide a quiet refuge for considerate families and youth groups who 'play by day and sleep at night.'
