Morgans Campground is a great spot for families looking for some outdoor adventure. The campsites are large and spread out, and the bathrooms are well-kept with hot showers. Wood is available for burning, and you can rent canoes or kayaks right at the campground. You can also take a day trip to Kings Island. The campground has nice facilities, including four showers, six flush toilets, a snack bar, and a picnic pavilion with electrical outlets. Unfortunately, the brush has not been cleared so you cant see the river from the campsite. The noise is not the greatest, as there were loud, drunk men right on the river allowed to yell and make a ruckus until at least 2am. There were also kids in the water right in front of the site from sunup until way past dusk, making it not the best spot for peace and quiet. The cost of transporting your own kayak is the same as renting one from the campground, so its best to bring two cars if you plan on kayaking. All in all, Morgans Campground is a great spot for families looking for some outdoor fun, but be sure to bring earplugs to block out the noise.
