This campground is located in Central Ohio and is a great place for families to stay. It is comfortably remote, quiet, and family friendly. The campground is filled with large trees, slides, and inflatable lake toys for the kids. There are no separate activity fees, and kayak and paddle boats are included in the stay. The camp store, called the Ranger Station, has everything you need and a great porch with tables, chairs, and rockers to enjoy your ice cream. The roads in the park are very narrow and winding, so be careful when driving. The new shower house is exceptional, equipped with sliding doors and private changing area. Despite the many amenities, the campground is expensive with little to no reason to justify the price. Be aware of the raw rebar and wood sticking out everywhere, and the hole for the pool is filled a quarter filled with rain water. The only drawback is that it is mostly filled with year round people that all seem to have golf carts.
