From The Campground
Leith Run Recreation Area is a small campground located in Wayne National Forest. It offers 4 accessible sites with electric hookups, grills, and picnic tables. The picnic area has water fountains/hydrants nearby, electricity, grills, and picnic tables. It also offers a volleyball court, a horseshoe pit, river overlooks, and a playground. The campground has a boat ramp which accesses the Willow Island pool. Only canoes and small flat boats would be able to launch from this ramp- all others would need to launch at the Frontier Boat Ramp. Adequate parking is provided for trailer parking. The campground is suitable for small boats and intermediate difficulty level.
