Clays Park Resort located in North Lawrence, OH has mixed reviews. Some former seasonal campers would not recommend it for seasonals or weekend campers due to high prices and lack of amenities for kids. However, one reviewer who stayed in a Deluxe Red Carpet with a pop up had a great experience. The site was spacious, with full hookups, a concrete slab, and straw instead of mud/grass. The bathrooms and showers were clean and well-maintained. The activities available at the resort are numerous, such as fishing, volleyball, basketball, kayaking, zip-lining, mini golf, bounce trampoline pad, and cornhole. There is something for every age and you can even rent a golf cart. It is important to note that there is a lot of walking involved, so be prepared if you choose not to drive. Overall, the park has a lot to offer and can provide an enjoyable stay, but it may not be for everyone.
