This RV campground has been working on an upgrade with all new 50 amp electric, rebuilt indoor and outdoor pools, frequent entertainment, and a larger playground. The sites are level and spacious, and the park grounds are well maintained, but the pool areas are lacking and the sewer hookups are broken. Security comes on strong but doesnt seem to enforce much. There is weak but usable Wi-Fi signal, full hookups, and good Verizon 4G, DirecTV satellite and TV antenna signals. On site amenities include a hotel, condos, rental cabins, and a restaurant. There is also a recreation building with two pools (in and out), game room, racquetball courts, playgrounds, pool tables, snack bar, store, rental boats, laundry facilities, and fishing ponds with access to the Portage River. Reviews indicate that the current management could use an upgrade, as the staff do not treat guests with professionalism. Despite this, the campground offers a lot of local amenities and is still a good place to stay.
