What others are saying about this campground
This campground is the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. It is set in a Township park, with plenty of activities to keep you busy. There are tennis courts, basketball courts, a swimming pool, and baseball fields. The campground has level gravel sites with power and water hookups, as well as a dump station. There are some shaded sites, but mostly sunny. There is also a hamburger, hotdog, and ice cream stand at the edge of the park. The only downside is the heavy train traffic noise at night. There is an additional fee for using the pool.

From The Campground
Meadowbrook Park is a 130-acre family recreation-oriented park that includes camping, swimming, picnic areas, and children’s playground. The park has an 18-hole disc golf course, tennis, basketball, and roller hockey courts, sand volleyball court, softball diamond, giant chess and/or checker board, and a horseshoe court. Meadowbrook is also home to the Historic Redwood Ballroom, which dates back to 1933 and hosts many charitable events throughout the year. The quarter-acre Crystal Pool has been a key part of the recreational amenities since 1930. Meadowbrook Family Campground has both seasonal and weekend camping sites that can be reserved by calling in advance. The park has 9 picnic shelters for family reunions and other group activities. Meadowbrook Park is a safe place to walk for exercise, and it has established a Tree Memorial program by which a person can donate a tree to memorialize someone.
