Scioto Trail State Park is a great campground for those looking for a secluded camping experience. The campground offers electric only, but the central water spigot is easily accessible. There is a swimming beach on the lake, but it is contaminated with blue-green algae. The interior roads are narrow, but can accommodate RVs up to 35 feet. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the camp store is open late and well stocked. Firewood is available for sale. This park is great for an overnight stop and offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.
