Findley State Park is a great place to get back to nature and enjoy some solitude. Located in Northeast Ohio, the park features tall, dense trees that deaden sound, making it a very quiet and peaceful campground. There are 15 sites with full hookups, and electric hookups 20-30-50 amp. There is a large playground, camp store with pizza and ice, occasional vegetable dealers, and Natures Coffee Kettle. There are many walking trails, places to hike, boats to rent, fishing, and a store. The lake is also a mess and not able to be used. The campground is wheelchair friendly and has an elevated pedestal for easy access to the fire ring. This is a great place for a budget weekend or overnight stay.
