Indian Meadow Service Plaza is located on the Ohio Turnpike and offers an RV Overnight Parking Area with electrical hookups, wastewater station, and potable water. The RV lots can accommodate vehicles up to 40 feet in length. The plaza is named after the Indian Meadow, a low, level prairie on the banks of the St. Joseph River, near the present site of Edgerton, where the indigenous people cultivated the soil and raised corn for food. The plaza provides easy access to the great Corn Belt, which extends westward to Nebraska. The plaza offers a variety of crops including corn, wheat, clover, oats, grass, legumes, soybeans, vegetables, fruit, greenhouse and nursery products, sugar beets, and tobacco. The plaza also offers dairying, hog-raising, poultry, and beef cattle. The plaza provides a means of cutting transportation time from farm to market. The Ohio Turnpike is a better way to travel and provides a fare calculator, attractions, service plazas, fuel prices, overnight parking for RVs/travel trailers, tour bus pre-notification, electric vehicle charging, safe driving tips, and more.
