From The Campground

Lake Chickasha was built in the late 1950s as an alternate water source for our community. Since it's construction the lake has also provided many water recreation activities. The recreation activities at the lake are under the direction of the Chickasha Parks and Recreation Department. Camping is only allowed in designated areas. No more than one RV may be connected to the site electrical panel. Camping spaces are first-come, first-serve. We do not take reservations. No one may hold a space for others. Site is only occupied when RV or tent is present. Fee must be paid for each partial day the RV is present at the site. Maximum stay is 10 days. Fishing and watercraft activities are allowed with a permit. Permits and fishing licenses are required and may be purchased at the lake Self-Deposit Envelope site or Parks Office at City Hall.
