This RV park is located on the north side of Bartlesville and is owned by an RV dealership down the road. It has been recently built and features large gravel pads with two sewer connections, one near the back and one at mid-way. There is a poured cement patio that sits 4 to 5 above the level of the parking site, and the service road is mixed size large gravel and rock that is difficult to walk on. The park offers a laundry room, gazebo with bench seating, childrens playground set, and a fenced dog run. There is strong WiFi and Verizon signal, and power is solid with no voltage dropping below 112V. Unfortunately, there are at least 8 dogs unleashed roaming all over the camp area and pooping everywhere, and the shooting range nearby gets old real quick. The park is overpriced for the amenities provided and the condition of the sites and service roads, and small dogs cannot walk on it because it hurts their feet. Military/veterans can receive a 15% discount.
