Very good for an R&R Stay... Will return very soon... Well kept, clean. Potato Hills is a scenic and peaceful campground located on Sardis Lake in Oklahoma. The campground is an older COE campground, but it is well-maintained and has huge trees, providing plenty of shade. 90% of the campsites are waterfront, offering stunning views of the lake and mountains, especially at sunset. Cell service is limited, but for some unknown reason our Mobley (mifi ATT) worked. The nearest town is Clayton, which does not have a grocery store, so visitors must stock up before arriving. The campground is close to other attractions such as the Talimena Drive, and Robbers Cave State Park is about 30 miles away. The park rangers are very nice and helpful, and the campground is well-kept and clean. The sites require some leveling, but the atmosphere is very relaxing and peaceful.
