Washington Cove in Copan, OK is a beautiful campground with lots of trees providing shade during the day. The campsite is clean and well-maintained. Although the bathrooms/showers are older, they are some of the cleanest around. Rates for 30 amp electric and water hookup are $22 per night or $11 per night with America The Beautiful pass. There is a dump station located just outside of the campground entrance that is very nice. The water situation is a bit strange, with shared spigots that are not convenient in several sites. However, for the price, its worth the experience. Weekends can get noisy due to crowding with locals, but it is kid-friendly during the day.
