This ranch campground is situated less than 10 miles off I40 between the small town of Sayre and the slightly larger one of Elk City. It is a unique and quieter alternative to RV parks that are right on the highway. The campground has eight RV sites with full hook ups, water and electric hookups, but the sewer hookups appear to be disabled. The campground has a sirloin steak dinner for $25, and a baked potato and salad for $5. The bathhouse does not have running water and it appears to have not been in use for some time. The campground also offers a variety of activities such as trail rides, chuck wagon dinners, hay rides, roping, and learning how to be a ranch hand. There is also a wooded arena for rodeos, a stage for bands, and five clustered museums for $4 for entrance to all buildings. The campground is a great place for families, and offers multiple spots to dry camp that can accommodate 45+ feet with towed vehicle.
