Xtreme RV Resort in Eufaula, OK offers concrete pads with concrete roadways for its sites. The hookups are located near the back of the sites, so its best to make sure you have long sections of sewage hose if you have a big rig. If youre looking for a fun getaway during the summer, this might be the place for you! The indoor pool is a big hit and is very nice. They also have an outdoor pool that looks nice but is too cool for swimming in the winter. The playground is awesome, but it could use some TLC as it faced major drainage issues, resulting in rough ground. There was some trash, including glass around the playground, which wasnt good. On-site, there is a liquor store and a well-stocked general store, but prices can be steep. You can find better prices on Main Street, which is only 1-5 minutes away. There is an amphitheater and a marina owned by the same company. The check-in/rally/laundry building is very nice. If youre a family with slightly older kids and dont mind a lively campground, this might be the perfect place for a few days. However, the only negative thing to report is that long-term residents often drive through the campground at speeds that exceed 20mph. The issue lies with the campground staffs response, as we are not sure if they took any initiative to address it. We wish to see more staff around the campground, not just one at the front desk. If you dont do well with trains, this might be challenging for you as there is a crossing very close to the resort and trains run day and night. Some nights seem to have fewer train noises than others; some conductors are not as heavy on the horns as others. Overall, we would stay here again if ever in the area.
