Alabaster Caverns State Park in Freedom, OK offers a lot of entertainment for campers. The park is small and everything is easily accessible, including the awesome cave tour. There are hiking trails but they are not clearly marked and can be overgrown. The park has a nice campground with good restrooms, picnic tables, and fire pits. However, RV sites do not have fire rings. The showers could use some improvements as some dont spray well and there is no hot water. Despite these minor issues, the park remains a great little campground with almost everything you need on site. The cave tour is especially fun and interesting, but it is important to note that it can get crowded when school groups come.
