The park has dirt roads and cement pads, however, the pad does not cover the entire length of the site and the sites are narrow which can be a bit dusty at times. There are no fire pits, only designated grilling areas due to fire restrictions in the area. The playground is outdated and lacks shade and there are limited activities for children. The asphalt roads are old and in some areas broken but still decent. Overall, the park is quiet, maintained well, and has free WiFi.

The RV Park offers 91 concrete, pull-thru sites with 30 and 50 amp service. All sites are big-rig friendly. The park has on-site laundry facilities, free Wi-Fi, showers and restrooms, and allows small pets. There is an event room with a maximum capacity of 65 people. The park is open year-round and is located near 4 championship golf courses.
