The sites are narrow and need some TLC, but are generally OK. There is no flat space to fill out forms and the office is in the owners home, which can be a bit chaotic with the TV blaring and a little child running around. The park is not very well maintained, as there is dog poop everywhere and the bathrooms are not clean. There is no shade due to the lack of big trees.
