The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The sites are well-maintained, level and graveled. The park is located on Historic Route 66 and is within 5 miles of restaurants, laundromat, groceries, fuel, historic sites, tourist attractions, seasonal splash park and paved walking trail, and seasonal pool in nearby recreation area. The park offers full hookups (30/50amp), bath house, laundry facilities, garbage bins, a pet area, and a tornado shelter. The campground flyer is loaded with everything from restaurants, shopping, local Veterinarians and area attractions. The owners are also Harvest Host members, so those staying without needing hook-ups can stay for free. This is the perfect spot for a quiet, safe, overnight stay out in the country, yet easily accessible from I-40.
