The Robert S. Kerr Reservoir Campground is located on the Kerr Navigation Channel in eastern Oklahoma. It is a beautiful spot with 38 sites offering electric (50 amp) hookups, water hookups, a beach, boat ramp, drinking water, dump station, day use picnic area, playground, flush toilets, showers, picnic table, firepit, and beach volleyball. The sites are normally on the small side and the water sites are in high demand, so book in advance. The reservoir offers plenty of activities such as boating, kayaking, SUP, fishing, hiking, and nature trails. It is important to be aware of barge traffic when enjoying the water. Hunting is also available in the nearby Sequoyah Wildlife Refuge. The campground is difficult to find, so it is best to call 877-444-6777 or visit recreation.gov for directions. Senior national park passes are accepted for half price.
