Although there are a fair number of semi-long term RVers, even these sites are well-maintained, clean and unobtrusive. The site manager is readily available as they live on-site. The parks paved roads and concrete pads are level and quiet although there is a lack of shade. Buffalo Bobs is a small, well-maintained camp, with well-maintained grass and some landscaping. There is a concrete patio but no picnic table. Utilities are great, with no cable but plenty of OTA channels. Secure internet is available, albeit slow for video streaming.
