This is an older, family-operated campground located along the I-35 service road, making it easy to access. It is a great spot for an overnight stay, with FHU (full hook-up) sites with 50 amp and space for the tow/towed vehicle. The sites have concrete pads, although some are cracked and settled, and the water spigots may be rough. There is a single bathroom in the office and the office staff is friendly. The park is close to a truck stop, Walmart, and Sams Club, and is next door to Frontier City. The majority of the campers are full-time or construction workers, and there is a lot of traffic in and out of the park at night. There is decent TV reception and good line of sight for satellite dishes. The park is not fancy, but the owners are attentive to the needs of guests and have taken steps to clean up the park. It is not a destination park, but works well for short stays.
