Rockwell RV Park in Oklahoma City is a spacious and level gravel lot that offers plenty of space for RVs. Its perfect for an overnight stopover, but may not be the most ideal for long-term camping. The park features pull-through sites with 30 and 50 amp full hookups, picnic tables, and grass strips scattered across the campsite aisles that are dog-friendly. The bathroom and shower facilities were available and easily accessible for guests. The park was well-lit at night, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast and strong. The laundry facilities and the exact pricing for their use are unclear, but they do have a dumpster thats relatively easy to find. There are available amenities such as a pool and hot tub, but we did not attempt to use them. Overall, the staff were pleasant and available to answer our questions. Guests can buy coffee and ice cream or bison meat from a freezer located at the front desk. The buffalo enclosures seem more like a petting zoo area, where the bison are raised for meat selling. There appeared to be many long-term campers and notable disclosures warning guests that the park is located in a flood zone.

The park offers 170 full-service leveled sites, most of which are pull-throughs, with 30 and 50 amp hookups, cable, water, and sewer. The park features an indoor heated swimming pool, an indoor 10-person hot tub, two laundry facilities, free internet, and free cable with 48 stations. Other amenities include private showers, clean restrooms, a game room, meeting rooms, and a storm cellar that can hold up to 150 to 200 people. The park is conveniently located near many restaurants and shops, and is just minutes away from downtown Oklahoma City, the State Fairgrounds, the National Cowboy Hall of Fame, the Oklahoma City Bombing Memorial, and other attractions.
