There appeared to be many long-term campers and notable disclosures warning guests that the park is located in a flood zone.

The park features an indoor heated swimming pool, an indoor 10-person hot tub, two laundry facilities, free internet, and free cable with 48 stations. Other amenities include private showers, clean restrooms, a game room, meeting rooms, and a storm cellar that can hold up to 150 to 200 people. The park is conveniently located near many restaurants and shops, and is just minutes away from downtown Oklahoma City, the State Fairgrounds, the National Cowboy Hall of Fame, the Oklahoma City Bombing Memorial, and other attractions.
