This campground is a hidden gem located up the Rogue River from Gold Beach, OR. The owners have taken an old campground and done wonders with it, upgrading the sites, showers/bathrooms/rec room building, and WiFi. The road to the park is long and winding, but the pride of ownership is evident in the well-maintained grounds and construction noise heard during the day. There are several park models on site, and the electricity usage is metered and pay upon check out. There is plenty of fishing to be had in the area, and inflatable kayaks are available to rent. The nearby town of Agness has a post office and small store for any necessities. With 8 channels of cable TV and gaps in the trees for satellite, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
