From The Campground

Pioneer Ford Campground is located next to the Metolius River and provides access to fishing and hiking trails. The campground has 20 single campsites with potable water and vault toilets. The maximum site spur length is 50 feet. The water system will be turned on in the month of May depending on weather conditions and will be turned off no later than September 30, 2023, or upon the campground closing, whichever, is earlier to prevent potential damage from cold temperatures. The campground is open from May 5, 2023, to September 17, 2023. Reservations can be made online through Recreation.gov or by calling toll-free 1-877-444-6777. Holders of a Golden Age and Golden Access Passports and Senior and Access Passes are entitled to a 50 percent discount on the fee for a single camping unit.
