This RV park is tightly packed with limited space to put out awnings. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is cable and wifi. There is a lot of traffic noise, but the price is reasonable. The manager is willing to accommodate guests, and the maintenance man is incredibly helpful. Despite its busy location, the park has a beach area on the Molalla River and is close to shopping. However, the facilities are run-down and restrooms, showers and office are rarely open and unclean. The park is family friendly but not suitable for long-term stays.
