Sea Ranch RV Park in Cannon Beach, OR is a charming and rustic resort which offers a beautiful location right on Ecola Creek. Its an easy walk to the beach or to town, and the setting provides great opportunities to observe elks, rabbits and horses which frequent the property. Some sites may look tight, but we had no issues with ours. The shower/bathrooms appeared to be a little outdated, but the view compensates for any lack of dispensation. The campground is well-maintained, and the recycling system involves a dumpster which is excellent. The place is clean and calm, and the other campers were respectful to each other. The staff were great. The site charges extra for pets, but campers are required to sign a daring declaration of not breaking any campground rules, with strict penalties, including a $300 fine, for drug use such as marijuana. Although I have seen some negative reviews of this place, I would have no reservations in recommending it. Overall, Sea Ranch RV Park is a safe place to stay with a friendly family atmosphere and provides an excellent base for exploring the area.
