Diamond Lake RV Park in Chemult, OR is an incredible outdoor activities paradise with excellent fishing, hiking, biking, and boating opportunities. The sites are decently spaced, with concrete patios and picnic tables. Many of them boast some shade and reasonable level ground. Though not ideal for small children, adults and older kids will love the quick access to the lake, which is only .4 miles down the hill. The campground is excellently maintained, and the best feature has to be the bathrooms and showers. These are some of the cleanest and most well-maintained campground bathrooms Ive ever seen. Additionally, the staff is super friendly, helpful, and not at all nasty. In our three-day stay, we only saw/felt the occasional mosquito. There is no Wi-Fi or cell service, but in a campground this beautiful, you wont even miss it. Be sure to check out Diamond Lake Resort a few miles away for a restaurant and store, as well as boat rentals. Overall, this campground is top-notch, and its location right by Diamond Lake and only a few miles from Crater Lake National Park cant be beaten.
