Waterwheel RV Park & Campground in Chiloquin, OR is a pleasant, quiet campground located near the river. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The location is great in terms of providing easy access to swim and fish in the river. The grounds are well-kept and there is a nice area for dogs to play off-leash by the river. It is an easy drive to nearby attractions such as Wood Lake Wetlands and Crater Lake. However, the sites are a bit narrow and adjacent campers have to work to locate their rigs for slide and awning use. Additionally, the noise from the nearby highway can be disruptive. Nonetheless, the clean bathrooms and laundry room as well as the dock on the river provide added conveniences for guests.
