From The Campground
Clearwater Falls Campground is a beautiful campground located in the Umpqua National Forest along the Rogue-Umpqua National Scenic Byway. The campground is surrounded by old growth Douglas fir forest and picturesque moist green foliage. The Clearwater River meanders through the campground, and Clearwater Falls separates the campground into two sections with one section situated above the falls. The campground offers 9 campsites with picnic tables and fire pits, 4 picnic sites with picnic tables and fire pits, and 3 vault toilets. There is no drinking water or garbage disposal, so visitors are asked to pack out their trash. The campground is open from May to October and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The fee for a campsite is $10 per night, and the fee for an extra vehicle is $5 per night. The maximum length of stay is 14 days. Quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., and campfires are only allowed in developed fire pits. Dogs must be on a leash, and OHV/ATV use is prohibited in the campground.
