From The Campground

Sunset Cove Campground is a medium usage campground located in Deschutes National Forest. It offers 20 single sites and 1 double site for tent camping and RV camping. The campground is located next to Odell Lake, which offers opportunities for fishing and sailing. The campground has a boat launch area and potable water. Vault toilets are available. The maximum site spur length is 50 feet. The water system will be turned on in the month of May depending on weather conditions and will be turned off no later than September 30, 2023, or upon the campground closing, whichever, is earlier to prevent potential damage from cold temperatures. The campground is open from May to October. Reservations can be made online through Recreation.gov or by calling toll free 1-877-444-6777. Holders of a Golden Age and Golden Access Passports and Senior and Access Passes are entitled to a 50 percent discount on the fee for a single camping unit.
