This campground is located in a less-than-desirable neighborhood, but it is well-maintained and offers a 50% discount with Passport America. It is situated on the Willamette River and is surrounded by large trees and grass, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The 115 sites are parallel parking and the road is not flat, making it difficult to level the RV. There are no sewer hookups or dump stations for short-term guests, and the pull-thru sites are narrow and tight. The bathrooms are in an older building but are clean and up-to-date. There is a major train track running right at the back of the RV parking area, with traffic on it 4 or 5 times a day/night, and the trains can be loud. The manager is friendly and helpful, and there is after-hours registration available.

Shamrock Village RV Park is located along the Willamette River and offers 115 spaces, including Month-To-Month sites with full hook-ups and patios, as well as 7 shady curbside River Front Sites with water and 30 amp hook-ups. The park features sparkling clean facilities, including restrooms, showers, and laundry, as well as a recreation hall for guest use and wireless internet. RVs, Motor Homes, and Trailers from the year 2005 and newer are accepted, and all units are required to pass a physical inspection by management. The park offers discounts for Good Sam members, Passport America members during the months of October through March, veterans, and hospital stays.
