This campground is a nice basic park with friendly owners. It is located right on Highway 101, so there is some road noise day and night. The roads are narrow making it difficult to get into much less back in a 30 travel trailer. The park has level sites wide enough to accommodate both unit and car/truck and is virtually covered in asphalt. There is a new cable TV service with terrible reception on a limited number of channels and Wi-Fi, full hookups. There is only one bathroom/shower stall for each sex. The monthly rate is $350+/- seasonal. There isnt much to do in Florence, other than beach walks and a few decent restaurants. The couple managing the park inherited it a few years ago and have recently listed it for sale. It is a one night stop-over site, not a place to stay for days. For those who want or need more, there is a much nicer park just a couple of blocks away.
