The sites are concrete and level, making it ideal for larger rigs, even though maneuvering can be tight in some areas. The park is basic, but it has everything needed to refresh and recharge. There is some street noise from 101, but it doesnt disturb the serene atmosphere. While there are some long-term renters, they dont interfere with short-term guests. The parks cable and Wi-Fi work well, and there is the possibility of using satellite in all sites. Being close to Florence, there are plenty of options for dining, shopping, and other activities in the nearby area.

Pacific Pines RV Park is the Oregon coast’s premier RV Park located in Florence, OR. The park is conveniently located near major central Oregon coast attractions such as Heceta Head Lighthouse, Sea Lion Caves, Ocean Dunes Golf Links, Florence Golf Links Resort, Darlingtonia Botanical Wayside, and Three Rivers Casino. The ODNRA contains some of the largest dunes in the world and stretches for 50 miles between Florence and Coos Bay. These areas afford an opportunity for bird watching, hiking, dune buggy and ATV excursions, and horseback riding. The Siuslaw River and the many freshwater lakes in the area make fishing, swimming, and boating activities available. At the dock, crabbing, clamming, and ocean fishing are available.
